THIS LIMITED WARRANTY applies to new 3DCUBIC hardware devices
WARRANTY:
3dcubic represents and warrants to the first End-User of original Products for 12 Month(extension up to 2 year) from receiving the product that the Products shall materially confirm to 3dcubic published specifications in the user manual, subject to the terms and conditions below.
CLAIM HANDLING
- Email support@3dcubic.in and explain the problem you are facing with the product.
- Once receiving RMA number, please send the defective unit or part for repair or replacement to Factory address and enclose a copy of your invoice. We can arrange pickup from your address on request.
- Please retain all original packaging material. If you need warranty service, please ship your product with the original packaging. Shipping without the original packaging material may cause product damage during the shipment and may result in service fees for which you will be responsible.
- In most cases user do not need to pay for shipping. In some case you may be charged one way shipping depending on certain circumstances.
EXCLUSIONS
The limited warranty shall be voided if professed product failure was caused in whole or part by
- If the product has been installed/serviced/repaired/opened or tampered by any unauthorized personnel.
- Incorrectly treated, or damaged devices or accessories, or those that have not been installed according to the instructions.
- Parts or Consumables were installed and used that were not certified or approved by 3dcubic or its designated representative, including without limitation the use of filament not from 3dcubic;
- Unusual physical or electrical stress;
- abuse, misuse, accident;
- exposure to moisture, flooding, fire, electrical problems associated with Mains Power supply or other acts are not the fault of 3dcubic;
- Not adhering to 3dcubic’s recommended maintenance procedures or failure in compliance with Product instructions and/or documentation;
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE END-USER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST 3DCUBIC WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW. EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, 3DCUBIC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE, WITH REGARD TO THE PERFORMANCE OF ANY PRODUCT.
Our decisions regarding all matters concerning this warranty shall be final and binding.
